Construction of Agdao Multi-Purpose Cooperative Building Davao City

The construction of Four Storey Office Building with Mezzanine & Roof Deck is a privately owned by AGDAO MUTI-PORPOSE COOPERATIVE with business address at N. Torres, corner Urduja St., Brgy Obrero Davao City. The project construction was awarded to WERR CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL in the 10 Day of February 2010 by the Board of Trustees Mr. Antonio T. dela Cruz.
The Project has a contract price of 30M and the implementation started on the month of February and on-going until the final completion. The construction covered the total floor area of 1,583.36 sq.m. from ground floor to roof deck. Scope of works includes Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary and Plumbing Works.
