WCI conducted an interview for their upcoming projects in KUWAIT, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, TAIWAN and ALGERIA at their Branch office at Door 12, DLC Bldg., Balusong Highway, Matina Davao City last February 24-26, 2010.

In preparation for the said recruitment activity, WCI posted an advertisement about one fourth size of the broadsheet of Mindanao Times, the daily broadsheet circulated in the entire Mindanao, last February 23, 2010. WCI also run a flash advertisement at ABS-CBN Davao and was aired at the Primetime TV, “Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo” last February 24, 2010.

The advertisement has been successful because during the first day of the activity, February 24, around 37 candidates applied and was interviewed. Big percentage of the total applicant has been qualified and was ready for endorsement to clients. The second day, 19 applicants went to the office to have an interview. The last day of our interview, 12 applicants have been interviewed.
During the activity, several engineers have been interview and some of them have qualified was hired for our local project the “Agdao Multi Purpose Cooperative Building Project”.

The last day of our mission, Tristan and Emman train Ms. Beng, the Recruitment Officer of Davao Branch, regarding all the recruitment procedure and operations from applicant application and interview to candidate’s endorsement to candidate processing.
Generally, the overall activity has been successful. We hope that the said training will result high productivity of the branch and its operations as well as will contribute to company’s goal.
