Roger C. Cas
- President and Chief Executive Officer

Roger Cas is a Graduate of Feati University of the Philippines. He has more than 25 years of experience in Local Construction and Manpower Supply as a Service Contractor. A Business Administrator by profession, he is also well recognized in the Construction Industry in both Local and International environment.

His extensive knowledge and weathered experience reaches out to vast array of business environment in the field of management, financial consultancy, planning of infrastructure such as roads and bridges, flood control, water resources projects, design, construction and maintenance of national roads and bridges and major flood control systems, property development, and overseas manpower deployment.

He is responsible for the implementation of Local Projects. His accomplished local projects which covers Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao includes the following, Globe Tele-Communications Towers and Smart Communications Towers, Light House Projects, School Buildings like Don Bosco, Collegio San and Juan de Letran, Residential and Commercial Buildings and Condominiums. Furthermore, he is the man behind the great projects completed, such as, The Greenbelt Development Corp. Projects, District Jail Building, West Ridge Property Development, Factory Expansion and governement Rural Health Centers. He had his fair shares in the Water Supply and Water District Facilities in NAIA – IPT3, Daidan, and Sigma Water District.

His concluded Overseas Projects consists of material supplies and manpower deployment to Algeria, Brunei, Russia, Vietnam, Zambia, Republic of Oman, Solomon Islands, Saudi Arabia, Papua New Guinea and other countries.

Elenita E. Cas
- VP for Finance and Director

In her role as Treasurer and VP for Finance of WERR Corporation International, Elenita Cas manages the company's finance organization with responsibility for accounting, strategic planning and analysis, treasury and tax. She also leads the corporate development and facilities teams. Ms.Cas is a graduate of Bachelor In Science majoring in Accountancy. She used to work for a Far East Bank as Assistant Manager before she worked with WERR Corporation International.

Engr. Luciano Besmonte
- VP for Construction Operation and Director

Luciano Besmonte is a graduate of The Manuel L. Quezon University and a Civil Engineer by profession. He has extensive experience in vertical & horizontal construction projects local and International. His proven track of record for the past two decade reaches out his excellent knowledge in the construction industry.

Serlisto Agito
- Chief Accountant and Director

Serlisto Agito is a Bachelor of Science in Commerce graduate who majored in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has over twenty five years of working in various aspects of business operation from high end local construction project to different overseas government owned project. Serlisto experience in working with International companies in Singapore and Iraq as the Accountant and Administration made him fit to be WERR Corporation International's Chief Accountant. He has been with the company since 1986.

Nelia Parico
- Executive Secretary and Director

Nelia Parico is currently the Assistant Operations Manager and Executive Secretary of WERR Corporation. Nelia is responsible for contributing to the company's overseas manpower deployment success. Doing what she do best in the field of Employee-Employer and Owner-Client communications she was given the task of bridging the needs and the wants of the clients, employers as well as the needs of the employees. She obtained her AB Psycology from National Teachers College in Manila on 1991, Philippines. Nelia started her career with private firms as an Analyst. She became the researchers head before joining WERR Corporation International in 1991.

Alex L. Lim
- VP for International Operations

Alex L. Lim is the Vice-President, primarily responsible for the company's international operations. His business career has been honed by his operational exposure in the fields of manufacturing (HR Manager-Otis Elevator / Administrator-Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical / Vice-President-Capitol Steel), finance (Financial Analyst-Central Bank), academe (College Dean-Trinity College / HR Director-AMA Computer College), and overseas recruitment (HR Manager-Saudi JAL International), which was solidified by his extensive foreign trainings in the area of Quality Management System.

Alex is a holder of Master in Business Administration and Master in Management degrees and currently pursuing a Doctoral program in Social Development at the Philippine Women's University. Alex is a commissioned officer in the reserve force of the Philippine Army with the rank of Major.

Chrisroger E. Cas
- General Manager

Chrisroger Cas is the General Manager and the Overseas Operations Manager with overall responsibility for the operations and Client care of WERR Corporation International. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from De La Salle University - College of Saint Benilde in 2003, Philippines. Chrisroger started his career with Fujitsu, Philippines in 2003. While in Fujitsu he joined several groups where he held several positions, including Head of Software Administration Group and Assistant Head of Mobile Product and Assistant Head of Planning Group before joining WERR Corporation International in 2006.
