Q: What does Manpower Supply means?
A: Manpower Supply is basically giving the our clients the right Manpower when they need it.
Q: Does WERR Corporation International have the manpower to process my needs?
A: YES, WERR Corporation have professional personnels in order to process the needs of its clients. WERR Corporation also have branch Offices in Makati, Davao and soon in Bicol, Batangas and Bataan to cater to the growing needs of its clients.
Q: What are the services of WERR Corporation as a Manpower Supplier?
A: This would depend on what kind of service you will need. WERR Corporation provides 2 kinds of Manpower Supply service. The first is Recruitment Agreement and the other one is Service Agreement. The Main difference is in Service Agreement, WERR Corporation acts as your Human Resource for your recruited manpower.
Q: What is a Recruitment Agreement?
A: Recruitment Agreement – In this agreement WERR Corporation would only act as a head hunterfor the client. Client ask for a worker and WERR Corporation gives the client the worker and deploys the worker to the site.
Q: What is a Service Agreement?
A: Service Agreement – In this agreement WERR Corporation would do the complete manpower management of the worker.
From the sourcing, interviewing, giving out salaries, scheduling and booking of flight to the work site and back and other services that the client would want.
Q: I am an Employer, How do I start getting workers from WERR Corporation?
A: To start with negotiation with WERR Corporation you can send an email to Mr. Chrisroger Cas (crcas@werrcorp.com), General Manager and Operations Manager for Overseas Division and provide the details of what you want.
In return Mr. Cas will have to ask for some basic questions like: What company?, What categories you will need? How many workers? How much is the Salary Bracket? and other basic questions that he will be needing. After that WERR Corporation will have to start processing the needed documents in order to start the supply of the manpower for your project or business.
Q: What are the documents that I will be needing to start?
A: The Employer shall secure the following documents:
1.) Business Registration of Employer
2.) Special Power of Attorney
3.) Model Employment Contract
4.) Job Orders
The documents above must be submitted to the nearest PHILIPPINE OVERSEAS LABOR OFFICE AT THE PHILS. EMBASSY for verification and authentication. After the DOCUMENTS has been validated, it must be forwarded to WERR Corporation International for submission to Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for Accreditation.
POEA would approved the Job Order and the accreditation to recruit manpower to your project or business will be given to WERR Corporation International.
As soon as the Accreditation and Job Order is done WERR Corporation International can now start the processing of the hiring of workers you will need.
Q: Now I have the Accreditation and Job Order how long before the workers can get to my project?
A: Usually it differs from country to country. In asian countries it only takes 1 - 2 months from sourcing to hiring to deployment. In other coutries such as USA / Canada it takes 3 - 4 months depending on the release of documents from the Embassy. If there is an Embassy in the Philippines then it would be faster for WERR Corporation to process the workers to be deployed abroad.
Q: How much do I need to pay WERR Corporation for Recruitment and how much for Service Agreement?
A: It would depend on the number of requirements you will be needing. The greater the number of workers you will need the lesser WERR Corporation will charge you. It also depends on the duration of the contract of the workers.
